Return and Refund Policy

Austine Auto Mall aims to provide high-quality automotive parts and accessories.

Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase if the item is:

• unused
• in original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• electrical components once installed
• used parts
• special order items
• clearance products

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Customers may request an exchange if the part purchased is incorrect or defective.
